I wanted to forward you a note of sincere thanks for dealing with my urgent matter so incredibly efficiently this week. As you were made aware , I had two boxes containing urgent books which I had to get to our Norwich office by the next afternoon 14h00. We had phoned all the usual mainline couriers and was told that this was impossible. One of my colleagues suggested I make contact with the NX group. You need to know that from the onset your team made me feel as-if I was their one and only customer. They adopted an immediate ‘can do anything’ approach, collected the boxes at the time stated and during the day, I received regular updates, even to the point the driver experienced traffic to the point of delivery which was well before the indicated time. I am quite frankly astounded by the excellent service I received and will absolutely sing your praises at every opportunity. Courier drivers are always smart, polite and punctual. I have all of their direct mobile numbers, but I rarely need them, since they are always pro-active with ETA’s, POD’s and any other necessary updates. The vans are always clean (inside and out), and the drivers present and stack goods for my customers in a way that positively represents the image of my company.

We started using Russell and NX Courier back in June when they joined the BNI Pavilion, and we haven’t been disappointed. Russell’s service is second to none. We’ve often had items to be collected and delivered for exhibitions around the country and NX have never let us down, they are where they say they’re going to be, when they say it, deliveries are on time and his team of guys are friendly and helpful, if you’ve had much experience of couriers, this isn’t usually the case. Collections can often be from multiple places, with one end delivery point, this hasn’t caused issues, and he’s even collection items in the evening, held them overnight and delivered the next day. Nothing is ever too much bother for Russell, even the weird and wonderful, we cannot recommend him and the NX Courier services enough.

Why do people choose NX Courier for their same day deliveries?
It could be something to do with the fact that we are an independent company, that doesn’t put clients’ cargo through a delivery network. In the majority of cases, we use our own vehicles and our own drivers.
Perhaps it’s the emphasis on personal service. When you make a booking, you’re likely to speak to Russell or one of his colleagues. Russell runs the courier operation and is proud of the quality of service enjoyed by NX customers.
