Christmas 2018 Fundraising
This December, we have been busy fundraising for our chosen charity the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Our fundraising is part of reaching our target of raising £5,000 for the charity.
About Motor Neurone Disease
MND affects the brain and spinal cord, attacking nerves that control movements so that muscles are no longer able to work. The disease leaves people living with MND unable to move, talk, and swallow. What we’ve been up to
Throughout December we have had a range of different fundraising activities going on in the office and online via our social media channels. Alongside all the Christmas festivities, we have held a Christmas Jumper day, where everyone donned their best Christmas jumpers and made a donation to do so. This was a great day in the office and we also held our Secret Santa to get everyone in the Christmas Spirit.
Our Christmas Crackers and Bauble Bonanza was hugely successful, raising a significant portion of the December funds. We sold Baubles which were stuck onto our Christmas tree, with the lucky numbers winning some fantastic prizes!
We couldn’t have done this without prize donations from our wonderful customers and suppliers, including King of Shaves, Incognito, TreacleMoon, Unsworth Sugden, FitKit Bodycare, Koolbox and more. A huge thank you to everyone who provided a prize, we really appreciate your kind offerings.
