Courier meets Creative
At NX Courier we have a wealth of experience in same day delivery across the UK, delivering goods of all sizes from all different markets. We work with companies across the country, providing them with a high level of customer service and meeting bespoke requirements for each job. We have recently carried out jobs for a new customer, Pinnacle Creative Design Ltd.
The Customer
Pinnacle Creative are a creative design agency based in Northamptonshire, providing graphic design, website design and exhibition design and builds. With over 15 years’ experience, the company has worked with a range of companies to provide clear branding across different platforms, including branding and re-branding, website design and trade and commercial exhibition stand design and builds. NX Courier Services
Rob is the Director of Pinnacle Creative Design, and works closely with Russell Thompson, our Courier Operations Controller, at the BNI Pavilion Northampton. Rob has recently required a couple of same day services and we were on hand to help. We have completed a few jobs for Rob, including timed collections of products required for a trade show taking place in London. The parts had to be collected and delivered back to the Pinnacle Creative Design offices on the same day in order to meet a deadline. Another job was a same day from the offices in Towcester into London – we regularly complete same day deliveries into London.
The NX Courier fleet is suitable for any sized items, offering same and next day collection and deliveries. We regularly complete jobs into London, Birmingham and throughout the country. Our prime location in the Golden Triangle of Logistics enables us to reach over 90% of the UK on the same day.
The Result
We’ve completed more deliveries for Rob, and he is happy to give NX Courier a call when same day services are required. The feedback from Rob has been positive and we look forward to working with Pinnacle Creative in the future.
